CNC Lathes

KALCO has CNC Chuck Lathes with capabilities ranging from 10” up to 72”. This expansive array of machining allows KALCO to rapidly meet production requirements with absolute precision.

CNC Lathes with Milling

With CNC Chuck Lathes with Milling capabilities in sizes ranging from 10” to 21”, as well as 8” Dual Chuck and Turret and 12’ Live Tooling machines, KALCO is able to reduce overall production time.

Vertical CNC Milling

KALCO’s vertical milling capabilities, ideal for intricate cutting, include 4-axis 25×25 machines as well as a 3-axis CNC Mill for smaller components.

Horizontal CNC Milling

The horizontal milling centers at KALCO provide rapid precision results. These state-of-the-art machines use 4-axis technology to reduce tooling changes, and their high capacity windows and pallet capacity allow for high-volume production and larger-sized parts.

CNC Boring Mills
